Welcome to Novolodge. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all guests.

House Rules

1. Respect the Property: You are staying in someone’s home. Please treat the property with care and respect.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 8.
3. Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.
4. Parties and Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
5. Commercial Photography: Commercial photography is allowed.

Checking In and Out

1. Check-in Time: Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
2. Check-out Time: Checkout is before 10:00 AM.
3. Self Check-in: You can self check-in using the smart lock provided. Instructions for self check-in will be provided prior to your arrival.

During Your Stay

1. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
2. Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors.
3. Damage: Any damage to the property must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Liability

1. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The property owner is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
2. Injuries: The property owner is not liable for any injuries that occur on the premises.

Compliance

1. Local Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.
2. Violation of Terms: Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund.
