About Novolodge

One property. Owner-managed.

I bought this place because I wanted a vacation rental that I’d actually stay in myself. That meant going in and doing it right. In 2023 we did a full renovation: new furniture, new appliances, everything replaced. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer in-unit. The kind of setup where a group of eight can stay for a week without anyone losing their mind.
 
The building is three minutes from Highway 76. Table Rock Lake is ten minutes. Silver Dollar City is twenty. The pool is 200 feet from the door, open Memorial Day through Labor Day. I picked this location deliberately, close enough to everything that you’re not burning half your trip in the car.
 
I’m Dan, the owner. You’ll deal with me directly, not a property management company. For cleaning, maintenance, or anything that needs hands on it, I have a dedicated local team that responds fast. If something breaks, it gets fixed. Not eventually. Fast.
